Prepare the following:
- 3-4 cups sauerkraut. (Washed and rinsed. Squeeze dry.)
- 8 lean pork loin cuts or 2 lbs ribs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 medium onions, sliced
- 2-3 clove garlic, crushed
Creating food is a labor of love. If any of my posts entice you to create in the kitchen, I have achieved my goal. I hope to share recipes and food pictures with my family and friends so they can easily create tasty home made food - without a lot of preservatives and artificial additives.
