Mix in a bowl:
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp.spicy brown mustard
- 1-2 tbsp Essence
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tbsp onion flakes
- 4 chicken breasts - no bone or skin
A juicy, healthier alternative to the commercial chain variety. Enjoy!
