Italian Dressing

Be brave. Make your own dressing! No msg and you manage the salt.

Prepare the following:
  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup herbs (marjoram, thyme, rosemary, savory, sage, oregano, sweet basil)
  • anchovies, if desired
  • salt and pepper to taste
Mix well and serve over a combination of any of the following:
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • green onion
  • purple onions
  • olives
  • carrot coins
  • cucumber
  • avocado
  • artichoke
Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
